Frequently Asked Questions
Do I own the copyright to AI-generated music?
This depends on your jurisdiction and the AI platform's terms. Many AI platforms grant you rights to commercially use generated content. Check the terms of service of the AI tool you used.
Can I sell covers of popular songs?
Only if you have obtained proper mechanical/cover licenses. AI-generating a cover doesn't exempt you from licensing requirements for the underlying composition.
What if my song was wrongly taken down?
You can file a counter-notification. If you believe the takedown was fraudulent or mistaken, contact us with evidence of your rights to the content.
Can I use AI voice cloning?
Only for original characters or with explicit permission from the person whose voice is being cloned. Impersonating real artists without consent is prohibited.
